1. Setup and strategy
After a strategy session we set up a professional e-mail template, adding your business logo, colors and any other relevant branding. We also upload a spreadsheet of your mailing list (as supplied by you). We create a template design. We provide details on how to add sign-up links to your website or a QR code to printed material.
2. Design and create
We design the template and create content based on our strategy session. Information relevant to the focus of the newsletter is provided in advance by the client. We research and write content (approximately 150–200 words) and also provide suitable images if required.
3. Test
We send a test email to you for review. Any first-draft changes are included in the price (requested changes after this are charged at our hourly rate).
4. Send and monitor
We hit send on your newsletter. We provide a report on how your email newsletter has performed.
